General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Yu Sakamoto within the framework of free trade ''assistance to achieve physical or energetic balance''. Those terms & conditions are exclusively authoritative unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

1. General Provisions 

1.1 For all functional and personal designations used in these conditions, the chosen form applies to both genders. 

1.2. The agreed services will only be performed after the client has signed the information form on the first appointment.

2. Declaration of services

2.1. All services offered by Yu Sakamoto serve to balance and activate body energy and thus self-healing powers. The energetic sessions are in no way a substitute for a medical diagnosis and therapy and do not make any promises of healing. If in doubt, please contact a doctor or therapist. 

2.2. The services are used by the client voluntarily and on their own responsibility. The client also provides all relevant information (occupation, medical history, pregnancy, etc.) about themselves to enable effective treatment. 

2.3 No liability is assumed for any disruptions or changes of health nature that may occur. Any liability for personal injury, property damage and/or financial loss is excluded. 

2.4. Each session and the data provided by the client and other personal information entrusted in the course of professional practice are treated with the strictest confidentiality.

3. Appointments

Agreed dates are generally binding. Appointments can be canceled or postponed free of charge up to 1 working day before the appointment at the latest. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, 50% of the fee is due as a cancellation fee.

4. Prices and terms of payment 

4.1. The sole proprietorship Yu Sakamoto  is exempt from VAT under the small business regulation. 

4.2. The offers on this website are non-binding. Subject to change. All fees are in euros and must be paid in cash at the end of each session.

5. Impediments to Performance 

Yu Sakamoto is entitled to postpone the agreed dates in the event of force majeure, including performance hindrances that have arisen due to illness, accident or similar. In this case, she will inform the client as soon as possible and offer an alternative date.

6. Data Protection

6.1 The client agrees that for the purpose of business transactions and data processing system name, address, sales and billing data, payment and accounting data as well as relevant personal data are stored for effective treatments. 

6.2 All personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality, unless mandatory legal regulations provide otherwise, and will not be passed on to third parties. 

7. Place of Performance and Jurisdiction 

Place of performance and place of jurisdiction is Vienna. The law of the Federal Republic of Austria applies.
